I find all technicians and staff to be very helpful and professional. Mike P. did an excellent job of assessing my furnace problem and fixed it in a timely manner. Art Newsome has an excellent reputation and I attribute much of that due to the people who work for the company. more

The company sent their service specialist Mike very quickly to address our problem. Mike was very thorough in his assessment of our problem. He explained what he found to be the problem and was very courteous and efficient. He had to return with the replacement part and did so promptly, as promised and our system is up and running again. Art Newsome should be proud to have Mike on their staff. Thanks for your good work! more

Art Newsome, Inc is awesome. I have been a customer for 16 years. Never have I had a problem. All of their employees are truly professional. Today was the second of two free annual full precision tune ups of our HVAC system that are part of an annual contract. The technician was thorough, knowledgeable and explained his findings clearly. Unlike some other companies, he did not manufacture items to be fixed. Over the time I have been a customer, Art Newsome's prices and service have been nothing less than excellent. Anyone looking for assistance and service can do no better than to call Art Newsome, Inc more

The Right Choice 9/27/2016

Service Specialist Jason Kiersch, Art Newsome, Inc., is a true specialist within the HVAC field. Spending large sums of money on a new HVAC system is not a pleasant task for me, or probably for anyone. However, when the benefits are explained such as a healthier living environment, cost savings over time, an outstanding warranty couple with a believable pledge of service after the sale - then the ease of opening my wallet becomes much more tolerable. AC Repair 7/13/2016

Mike did a great job inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing our AC. He was polite, knowledgeable, and helpful. He explained what he was looking for and working on all along the way. He discussed prices before he did any work. He made recommendations for future needs. He called his office and set up a follow up appointment for some parts that needed to be replaced/added. He discussed the prices of those items as well. I highly this company. more

We've been Art Newsome Inc. customers for more than 10 years. When we had AC problems over the last couple of weeks, Kelly and the team (Jason, Vince, Mike P) were extremely helpful.
