I have finally had enough of the bad reports out of here on Hopkins Tires Plus. I have been going here for over 10 years, as well as many others, and I have NEVER had a bad result out of here. I bring my companies vehicles here as well. That makes 5 vehicles I trust everytime coming here , and going away that HOPKINS Tires Plus has fixed right the first time. You as a customer have the right at any given time to ask the mechanic to see, and watch through a window how your repair is being done. Vehicles are money pits in the first place, so what you put into it up front you are going to get out of it on the back end. Nothing up front, BIG dollars on the back side. They know if neglect is the primary reason for your repairs. An oil change can lead to bigger things true, but have you done all you can do to prevent whatever the issue is at this time? No oil on the dip stick does not mean a new engine. It is called character, and honesty. There are options for you to walk out, or get it taken care of. it is called recomendations. That is all. They know this as well as you do. All businesses want your hard earned money. I have been comming here for over 10 years because they have earned my respect, as well as giving me the respect I deserve for comming there for this length of time knowing that my vehicle is safe to put on the roads.
