Review content:
I learned about Santa Barbara Mattress from a flyer in the mail. At the store I tried out a lot of mattresses and selected the most popular mattress on the advice of the salesperson. Well, when I got the mattress it wasn't firm enough for me. They have a 5 day policy for returns and as a result I am unable to return my mattress. The people are friendly, I'm just not satisfied with the product.

Dear Stephen, I am sorry you are not satisfied with your new mattress, I think you may be confused with another store. There are a few Santa Barbara mattress stores and sometimes customers mistake them, We have a 30 day sleep trial exchange policy and have been servicing Santa Barbara county for almost 30 years. Please visit the location that you purchased from, if it was our store please ask for me and I will personally make sure you are taken care of. Respectfully, Jay
