Review content:
While I understand that more expensive faucets will also have more expensive parts the maintenance on them isn't tremendously more intensive or difficult. To have the prices that inflated is really fraudulent. In fact the parts were only a minute % of the total bill (I know because I checked after the service). While I realize the technician had to go and purchase the part this would be true no matter what brand the faucet was. When the price is 8 times that of a lesser brand is just wrong! I have loved all of your service persons and they are always professional, polite, and excellent (which I thoroughly appreciate) yet the price is still outrageous.
