I've used TLC since I bought my house three years ago as did the former owners. I was happy with their service and signed up for the Preferred Client service when I found out about it. Unfortunately, I think they may have gotten too many preferred clients and cannot provide quality service to them. They are supposed to call me to schedule the included twice-yearly HVAC tune-ups as well as the annual electric and plumbing checks. The plumbing checkup is supposed to include a water heater maintenance. I realized today that they hadn't called me for any of these services so I called today and attempted to schedule the HVAC service. Their first appointment was in three months so I had to schedule my first HVAC service in September. I scheduled a second one in December despite the protests of the scheduler who said it wasn't necessary because I was having one done in September even though two services are included. I then called back to schedule the plumbing inspection and water heater maintenance since they hadn't called me for that either and was told there was no water heater maintenance, they just made sure it worked. I haven't bothered trying to make the annual electrical inspection appointment yet which they never called me about either. The technicians who have come out to my house have been knowledgeable and efficient but I am disappointed in the way they provide (or don't provide) the services they advertise as being included in the Preferred Client program.
