Review content:
Always helpful and willing to except work. Unfortunately I am constantly being told that something cannot be done due to legalities, liabilities etc. When I take these same questions to other repair shops I receive different answers. I feel that one of the personnel answering the phone needs to listen more and understand what the customer wants instead of talking too fast and talking over the customer. Quality of work is good here though. RESPONSE FROM Satori's Auto Service: Tristan, I understand your frustration with us recommending you replace rusted brake lines. This is expensive and unexpected though we will not compromise on your safety. If a rusted hydraulic brake line burst, you may not be able to stop. Other shops may not have the same quality standards as us and for that I am not willing to apologize. We feel it unethical to gloss over or underestimate potential safety issues. I hope you will come to appreciate our level of expertise and uncompromising commitment to quality and safety. Sincerely, Greg Satori
