I did a search on car-parts.com for an a/c compressor for a 2000 Kia Sportage and it showed that Sanford Auto Salvage had 4 or 5 available, so I called to find out what the price was. Of course they aren't going to list their prices because apparently the cost of the part varies depending on who you happen to be speaking to at that moment. I drove for 25 miles to pick up the part. I get there and the price went from $30 to $65 plus the core charge. \r

I normally write down the name of the person I am speaking to when I get a quote. I failed to do that this time so I have no recourse to point out which of their employees this company has to thank for the discrepancy. However, they wasted my time and they have dishonest people on their payroll, so I will be sending out a group email to every single contact I have accumulated in the 10 years I have spent working in their industry to make sure that they do not succeed in wasting any of their time trying to do business with Sanford Auto Salvage. Thank you Sanford Auto Salvage for wasting my time, I hope that yours will be equally wasted.
