Everything's great! We joined Educational Playcare's West Hartford location while it was open during construction. So we've been there, technically, since the beginning. They are super full-service: they offer hair cuts, do music classes, yoga classes, and offer really other great activities integrated into the day. What I love about Educational Playcare is that when I walk in the door, they know me as "so-and-so's" mom. I have to give them four stars in Total Experience though when it comes down to communication. They're really good at sending photos throughout the day and relatively detailed reports of what the kids are doing throughout the day. However, when it comes to their transition from one class to another, I'm not told. This is also the case when either of my children are visiting a classroom or they're preparing them for preschool which I'd like to know so I can also help manage transitions at home as well. In summary, I drop my kids off at 8 in the morning and when I pick them up at 6 in the evening, they're still not ready to go because they're having too much fun!
