I have experience with Gage Management for the past year and it has not been a pleasant one. My daughter and 3 other roommates leased a house and we have had nothing but trouble with A/C, Heat and plumbing. Expect some of that with an old house, but the timing it takes for them to act is beyond normal . Last summer the A/C went out and they did not fix it for over a week with temps in the high 90's. No phone calls, no communications. Took several calls to get something done. Last winter, heat went out and again it took a week to get anything done and many phone calls. the girls were freezing.
All Mr. gage cares about is getting his $$$ and his team will not take care of you unless you get in his face and call him directly. his young staff is worthless and will give you the run around.
I have had to call him on several occasions and each time he acted like it was the first time he had heard of the problem and because I knew of him many years ago, thing finally got done, but your kids will suffer for days in both the heat and cold, if something breaks!!!
