Review content:
Called for a bid on insulation for my basement. The guy reeked of smoke. I asked for 2 bid - 1 normal, the other with sound insulation. I chose the sound "package" which was more expensive. Install day came. The install guys were FANTASTIC. Everything was great until I got the bill - more than 10% more than the bid amount. I called to complain - no response. Called again and I got a math worksheet on how they came to that number, but no explanation why it wasn't in the bid amount. Checked on it again, with so response. I've given this company several opportunities, and have only received finance charges. If you are looking for a solid bid, skip Specialty.
