Don't believe your bid 6/14/2016

Called for a bid on insulation for my basement. The guy reeked of smoke. I asked for 2 bid - 1 normal, the other with sound insulation. I chose the sound "package" which was more expensive. Install day came. The install guys were FANTASTIC. Everything was great until I got the bill - more than 10% more than the bid amount. I called to complain - no response. Called again and I got a math worksheet on how they came to that number, but no explanation why it wasn't in the bid amount. Checked on it again, with so response. I've given this company several opportunities, and have only received finance charges. If you are looking for a solid bid, skip Specialty. more

Insulation clean out 1/7/2011

I just wanted to say how pleased my family and I are for the work Specialty insulation did at our house! Everyone we met was very informative and hard working. My children thought their suits were cool looking and my wife was happy they took precautions about our floors and keeping everything so clean. If your family wants to choose a great company, Choose these guys cause they care and did a great job for a wonderful price! p.s. The kids and Payton (dog) says hi!
