Lou is a genius!!! This guy dose great work, I just got my first tattoo from him and I'm more than happy! My buddy told me about Lou's Tattoo in Lemoore, Ca. where he had a bunch of work done on him, so I checked him out. Lou is supper clean when working on you and a very cool guy to talk with. I showed him my design that I wanted to do and he incorporated his talent into it and it turned out bad ass. Could not be happier, most definitely will be going back for more work. Highly recommend-
