I have had four tattoos done by Louis. They are the best tattoos I've ever had (I have about 25). I'm going to finish my sleeve here. People ask if the tattoos are fresh because the color is so good! I can't believe there's such talent here in this town. I've gotten ink all over the country and Lou's is hands down the absolute best. You can come here for your first or 50th tattoo, they will all look great. more

Lou is a genius!!! This guy dose great work, I just got my first tattoo from him and I'm more than happy! My buddy told me about Lou's Tattoo in Lemoore, Ca. where he had a bunch of work done on him, so I checked him out. Lou is supper clean when working on you and a very cool guy to talk with. I showed him my design that I wanted to do and he incorporated his talent into it and it turned out bad ass. Could not be happier, most definitely will be going back for more work. Love Lou's! 7/11/2010

About 2 years ago, I had a tattoo done by Lou's son Louis. It was such a great experience! Wonderful, clean atmosphere, super friendly and professional people, and crisp, beautiful work! I want a cover-up tattoo done over an old tattoo I got elsewhere and can't wait till I can find time to visit Lemoore again so I can get it done by Louis! They definitely have my trust, loyalty, and hearty recommendations! more

I am an ex-navy vet that stay around Hanford/LeMoore area about 20 years.I used to 'bootleg' tattoo around there and later on moved back to Cheyenne and fine-tuned my tattooing by working with Skibo's tattoo, on one trip back to Hanford I had the pleasure of working for Lou at his super-clean shop in LeMoore.I have been around many shops and artists but Lou's is by far the best,his work is flawless and he's such an upbeat person with a 'blinding aura'. Lou is the only artist that I will allow to ink me!!! I live in Minnesota and schedule a session or two with him prior to making my travel plans to ensure the trip to Lemoore is worth while...there is no other reason to go to Lemoore!!! more

nose piercing 3/19/2009

i went to Lou's tattoos on the 28Th of Feb and got my nose pierced i was not nervous at all.. Kim was really nice she did my piercing fast and i was really happy with the result.... i know there really good there because when i went to mall... i was referred to Lou's tattoo by two complete strangers.. that had piercings on there face... and I'm going to anyone i know that wants a piercing or tattoo to hit up Lou's tattoos.. more

Lou and Kim are awesome!!!! 8/31/2008

I've been to Lou's since '96. It started with a tongue ring. I was Kim's first tongue piercing, It was just the start of my experience with the studio. There was a bellyring. I had my first tattoo there too!! These people rock, they know what their doing and are very sterile and knowledgable about there love of tattooing and piercing. My last piece was done when I got back from Iraq in '04. I need to go back and get more work done. \r Love to Kim and Lou\r ED more

Wouldn't go anywhere else but Lous 8/29/2008

i have personally gotten two tattoos from lou and i could not be any happier. Lou is very friendly and has great ideas. You can tell that he is there to please you. After looking at work from other tattoo artist in lemoore i could tell that Lou and his son Louis are dedicated to their art and work. And if you are needing any piercings Kim is very experienced. She informed me on what i should do and what kind of jewelry i should wear. i highly recommend everyone to go to lous tattoos more

Amazing People! [: 3/2/2008

So basically I was REALLY nervous about getting my septum pierced because I heard from many people it was painful, and a big tear jerker. And I went in and talked to Kim about it, and she showed me how it works how to clean it, and the rings and etc. Basically, it was quick, sterile, and good service. I would recommend Kim to anyone and everyone. She's a really chill person, and she knows exactly what she's doing. more

Lou's Tattoo is AWESOME!!! 2/26/2008

So many of my friends recommended me to this shop for my first tattoo. I have to say with out a doubt I am very happy I took their advice and went there! \r My Eastern Dragon really makes me smile with pride every time I take my shirt off. (Freehanded by Lou) and my wife's Hannya mask is absolutely beautiful! (Freehand by Lou's son Louis) I also got a piercing from Kim and I don't ever want to go anywhere else. The shop was very sterile and clean and the artists were very professional but easy to talk with. I highly recommend you don't go anywhere else! These guys are the best around. You won't be disappointed! I wasn't! I will be back soon. more

My name is Lou, and I went to Lou's because I was visiting family in Lemoore and I wanted a tattoo, Lou took me in w/o an appt. and freehanded some work around another tattoo I had from another artist, he did a great job and after that he did 2 more for me at different times, I need to go back for touch-up and another tatt. I would recommend Lou anytime, thanks Lou. more

I love LOU!!! 10/19/2006

I just recently went to Lou's tattoo's in Lemoore. Kim was very helpful. I went in with a fairy idea and wanted it kinda small she told me that it wouldnt look that great as time went by. So I went through Lou's books and got an idea to put a tropical lilly with my sons name on my foot. Lou did exceptional work. He free handed the lilly and put my sons name in a banner it looks awesome. I am so happy!! He was very gentle and friendly as was the whole staff. I will defintely being goiong back to Lou for some more ink. PROS: Go to Lous for a professional and original piece of art work!!! CONS: more

Professional And Original! 4/23/2006

I went to Lou's Tattoos and Body Piercings yesterday to get a tattoo with my sister. They were very nice and helpful. Their attitude was great from when we walked into the door and they helped come up with a creative, unique design. Everything was extreamly sterile. The place to go to get a professional job 1/30/2006

This is the place to go if you want a professional tattoo. He takes the time to get the job done right. Sure, he might seem rude if you want to get a dumb tattoo because he won't do it. he takes pride in his job and all the work he does is proof that he cares about his work. Lou is very creative; he takes an idea you and expands upon it. So, if you want a cheap, stupid tatoo, I recommend you go somewhere else. Otherwise, I highly recommend Lou for quality work done with care. PROS: Quality work, done right the first time CONS: Won't do cheap or lame tattoos more
