We purchased sheet linoleum for our kitchen. An appointment was set for Monday a week later. On Monday the installer showed up at 11:30 and did a little prepping on the floor. They then left to pick up the linoleum instead of bringing it with them. They returned around 1:30 to tell us they did not have enough of the linoleum. We called the store and were told we would not get behind if we could come out and pick out another linoleum. WE HAD THE NEW LINOLEUM PICKED OUT AND RETURNED HOME BY 3:00 IN THE AFTERNOON. We did not see the installers anymore that day. On Tuesday the installers showed up around 3:30 in the afternoon and proceeded to put down some of the linoleum. Wednesday they showed up at 5:30 and asked if they could come back at 3:00 Thursday instead of working Wednesday. At 3:00 hey did not return. I called and got some $@!#% and bull story about they had other jobs hey could not get behind on. WHAT ABOUT MY JOB??????? As of now, my job is not completed. I have a stove on the porch and a refrigerator in the dining room. Following FCandT's reasoning.....if they start a job and do not get it completed they will still go to the next job. If they don't finish that job....so what I guess, they will still go on to the next job and so on and so on. No one would ever get their job completed....... They told me the salesperson was to blame for not measuring correctly, they told me there was not enough linoleum on the roll etc and etc. The roll looked like it was 12 inches in diameter when I bought the linoleum. What happened to that linoleum? I have not been happy at all, still have an unfinished room and a 1/2 bath, still have a messed up house and kitchen and still have NO IDEA when this mess will be completed. Our 50-year reputation has not been built by providing the type of service you received. We take customer satisfaction very seriously and have incorporated your experience into our training program. I am happy that we got your issue resolved, and that you are now satisfied with your new floor and installation.
