Made an appointment for 1000. At 1025 still in waiting room. Asked for my medical information returned to me as the receptionist was getting it out of folder I said you would be angry to if I showed up at 1025 for a 1000 appointment. As I was walking away the receptionist said to my back you were told on the phone you would be here an hour to an hour and one half. I kept walking because she then made me very angry. Maybe when they tell you that on the phone they should tell you half of that will be in waiting room. THIS IS VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE I worked in health care for forty years and would be fired for treating customers poorly
