From the person that greeted me at the counter, to the person who took my X-rays, to the Dentist and lastly to the office staff that assisted with payment/insurance...all made me feel welcome and confident... I was traveling from out of town and very stressed about my dental issue and they took care of me 100% more

I had a terrible toothache . I called at 9:30 am they got me in at 11:30 am.The dentist was great! He had to pull the tooth but did a great job. Thank you!! more

Made an appointment for 1000. At 1025 still in waiting room. Asked for my medical information returned to me as the receptionist was getting it out of folder I said you would be angry to if I showed up at 1025 for a 1000 appointment. As I was walking away the receptionist said to my back you were told on the phone you would be here an hour to an hour and one half. I kept walking because she then made me very angry. Maybe when they tell you that on the phone they should tell you half of that will be in waiting room. THIS IS VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE I worked in health care for forty years and would be fired for treating customers poorly more

Dr.Dicostanzo was very professional , caring and very patient with me. He understood how scared I was. He helped me to calm down. He was able to remove the tooth without having to do surgery. I will always request my visits with him. His asst. was also very professional and caring . I have no complaints about either of them. more

I went in because of severe pain. I do not like going to the dentist at all. They made me feel comfortable and welcome. Everyone was very courteous and professional. I couldn't ask for a better experience. more

Every appointment I've gone to was wonderful, and I've always been terrified at going to the dentist! Dr. Bonczek and entire staff including Kelsey the hygentist are great. I've been to an Aspen Dental years ago in another state. Wasn't really pleased with them. When my husband selected this Apsen dental as our dentist for our insurance I wouldn't have gone, except I got tooth pain. I've had extensive dental work in the past, across states, and this is by far the BEST dental practice I've ever been to. more

Do NOT use this dentist....paid for their best dentures, this is the fourth time they have broken within in the guarantee coverage. The last time I went to Aspen I had eaten an almond....the dentist said plastic and almonds don't mix. He also blamed me for the WAY my teeth were made....honest I wasn't there when they made them nor did I have any input about making them BECAUSE THAT'S THEIR BUSINESS NOT MINE. My last plate was about 7 years old before it broke...NOT MADE AT ASPEN....Google them, class action suits. I wish I had. more
