My experience with Floor Coverings International of Madison is that their salesperson was very knowledgeable, professional, and very informative--and that their workers were all very efficient. They did a beautiful job with the installation and followed up when we needed a touch-up here and there. They tore up the carpeting in the dining room and hallway to the bedroom, and they installed laminate flooring that is a waterproof flooring. They installed it from the dining room, down the hallways to the bedroom, and then back to the front door. They also installed new carpeting in the living room and family room--a Shaw carpet that is more of a medium pile--and it has a light grey color which goes very well with my furniture. I have recommended FCI to others. In fact, I have to do the tile in the bathroom and intend to call them to do it.
