Our tankless heater went out. Parts had to be ordered and there were other issues so we were without hot water for 5 days. For the first repair we felt we were really overcharged. But when something else went wrong, no fault of theirs, they went above and beyond to fix it. In the end we probably underpaid for all that was done. Bottom line, I think they are expensive so in some instances you may over pay. But they do stand behind their work so in the long run you could come out ahead which we did. One thing is for certain, you will know what the job costs before they start. You won't get surprise charges so you can decide up front if the job is worth the cost.
