Review content:
On the whole the move went very well. The movers were courteous at both ends and worked hard. Our belongings were delivered within 5-day time-frame and were in good condition. Customer service representatives were in touch with us prior to pick up and prior to delivery. The only glitch was I gave the pick-up driver my daughter's phone number, so she would know when to meet him at the delivery site, and I gave her his number -- the problem was a different driver, with a different phone number that she did not recognize, phoned her and she did not get the notice of delivery until a few hours before. Since delivery occurred on a Sunday, it was not a problem and my daughter was able to accept the delivery. I would definitely use this company if I ever move again.
