A week ago our neighbor mentioned our shared fence may have termites. My husband and I were getting ready to list our home for sale and quickly had a pest control company come take a look. They confirmed it was termites and after inspecting the home said there were NONE inside the house. Two days later our usual pest control service came for their inspection and said there were NONE in the fence BUT termites in the home (the opposite of what the first company said). At this point my husband and I were totally lost which is when we found family pest control. We called an hour before closing on a Saturday and explained the situation-the owner was at our home the NEXT DAY (on a Sunday). He confirmed there were not termites in the fence and even went in our attic (none of the other companies did that). After a very thorough evaluation he determined that there were NO active termites. IF we were not planning on moving I would absolutely switch from our current pest control company to Family Pest Control. VERY professional, knowledgeable, honest and dependable.
