termite 5/24/2016

Had Angies List promotion for termite treatment. House measured much larger than promotion amount so decided to get all of house and garage treated...bit more but they did an amazing job after setting up an appt. for two man crew. No worries about those critters eating up my property! Thanks for being efficient and friendly. Would recommend to everyone! more

AMAZING! Will recommend to ANY and EVERY ONE! 5/24/2016

I was sharing my house with fleas for over a month and trying EVERYTHING to get rid of them.. I had my house bombed twice by two different companies, went to home depot and bought flea bombs, lights, sticky traps... you name it! Spending over $600.00 and still living with BITING fleas. I was ready to get new carpet in our house that is only 8months old :( ... I called Family Pest Control and they were a prayer answered!!! John came out the very next day. It has been three weeks and no fleas (or any bugs for that matter) Ruben came out this morning to apply the 2nd application to our yard. Worth every penny!!! I will be using this company from now on. THANK YOU!!! more

Did great job treating everything. 5/18/2016

Family Pest Control did wonderful job. They did everything they were supposed to do and more. I have cedar posts on my patio that had beetles or ants or something infesting them and they treated those and even took the time to go under the house and spray and that's always a plus when getting something professionally done. They checked for termites they did what they were supposed to. I would definitely recommend them. more

Impressed and very happy we found them 5/15/2016

A week ago our neighbor mentioned our shared fence may have termites. My husband and I were getting ready to list our home for sale and quickly had a pest control company come take a look. They confirmed it was termites and after inspecting the home said there were NONE inside the house. Two days later our usual pest control service came for their inspection and said there were NONE in the fence BUT termites in the home (the opposite of what the first company said). At this point my husband and I were totally lost which is when we found family pest control. We called an hour before closing on a Saturday and explained the situation-the owner was at our home the NEXT DAY (on a Sunday). He confirmed there were not termites in the fence and even went in our attic (none of the other companies did that). After a very thorough evaluation he determined that there were NO active termites. IF we were not planning on moving I would absolutely switch from our current pest control company to Family Pest Control. VERY professional, knowledgeable, honest and dependable. more

This is a well run company with excellent service 5/14/2016

I found Family Pest Control on Angie'e List and arranged to have Termidor applied as a termite preventive. Appointment arrangement was easy and the crew showed as scheduled and accomplished their task in about 2 hours. It rained over 2 inches that night and Monday i called to ask advice on whether to retreat certain areas around my deck. They advised to err on the side of caution and reapply where necessary. The crew showed up on schedule and completed their tasks. Great service and a fine company. Highly recommend use of their service. more

Reliable and Personable 5/14/2016

I have been a regular customer of Family Pest Control for about ten years. They stepped in when our previous pest control serviceman passed away and his company closed. The service specialists are consistently effective and pleasant with customers. Joann and her office staff treat me like a family member. I have recommended Family Pest Control to anyone who asks. more

Customer Service rep rubbed me the wrong way. 5/13/2016

As far as the work done for me by the people over at Family Pest Control goes they did pretty good, they had to come back out once but they got it right and my pest problem is gone now. The biggest problem I had with these guys and the reason why I gave them three stars is that the customer service representative that I worked with was not great. The guy had a personality that some might consider charming but it definitely rubbed me the wrong way. I am not too sure if I would use these guys again. more

Reasonable prices, efficient & prompt service 5/11/2016

They come highly recommended! Family Pest Control has been servicing my house for over 25 years and they do exactly what they're supposed to do. They do extermination for us and have kept the rodents away. Whenever an issue comes up, we call them right away and they come out usually on the same day. I've already told so many people about them and they do a very good job. more

The service from Family Pest Control was very good. They actually showed up early and were very courteous and respectful of the home while they were out. We had them spray both inside and outside and we are still having problems with fleas and it seems like it got worse since they came out so I plan on calling them again, but other than that they were great. It was my first time using them and I was pretty impressed, I would use them again. more
