I have used this company twice and both times they have come through. I had plan to continue to use but after this last visit and speaking with the manager, I will look for another company. Repair man is always professional but I did have a little heartburn with individual coming out and screwing the filter cup back on correctly and then charging me $40.00. I understand it takes monies to run a company but to get monies, you must have customer and customer service. After speaking with the manager because the repair man said it was the company and not him, he was very rough around the edges and seconds from being RUDE which leads me to believe he has enough customers because he has certainly lost this one. If you have a small problem don't call the company because manager doesn't understand that compassion and morals is also part of maintaining a business and getting referrals. It's not always about just fixing the problem and getting PAID! Good-bye Roadrunner!!!!
