Review content:
I was very please with the service I received. Our ejector pump for the basement bathroom wasn't working and we had water on the floor in the bathroom. This happened on a Saturday and a plumber named Nate was able to set an appointment for the next day. Nate informed me that we could still use our main floor water which was very helpful to my family. The next day he was able to successfully replace the pump. He showed me the differences between our failed pump and the new pump. It was clear that the new pump was of superior build quality. He also improved the installation of the plumbing to the pump which had previously been crooked and would $@!#% whenever the pump activated. With the new pump, check valve and plumbing installation, the performance is far superior. He was able to finish the work in a relatively short time. He also helped me with a drain clog in the same bathroom and made light work of it saving me time and money. I could tell that Nate really knew his stuff. I will definitely call Arnold & Sons when we need their services again.
