Awful Awful Awful!!! I contacted them half a year ago for a clogged toilet and next thing I know the entire first floor's flooded with waste. They refused to return and fix the issue without charging me again so I went with another company. They sent a guy who spent half an hour and discovered that the previous contractor had damaged part of our sewage pipes. We had to get a whole section of our pipe replaced. WTF people. On top of Jim Dandy's bill, we had to fork over an entire grand to FIX what they did. On top of everything, they totally refuse to take any responsibility for what happened or even the redact the stupid bill they sent us for their ""repairs"". How is this company in operation???
