Review content:
When the drains around my house failed and water pooled, I feared that water would eventually make it into my house. I panicked, I called several different places. Some places had voice recording machines where I could leave a message, some people didn't speak english.. and some just rang and rang. When I got to Jim Dandy I got a real live english speaking person who understood my urgency. She rearranged her schedule so that I could get someone out right away, because she was also concerned about the raising water levels. The technician came out when they said he would. Not that it mattered, but he did have a clean professional appearance. I appreciated his kind disposition, I felt like he wasn't there because he had to be, he really did want to help. The job wasn't easy, they ended up having to bring out the big truck that sucked the water up at the last minute, saving my carpet! I recommend Jim Dandy, they by far exceeded my expectations.
