Businiess name:  Riverside Health Club

Review content:
Today at 4:04am So it's 4am and no one is here . 9 people waiting and no one here to open." Riverside Health Club is the absolute worst. This is how they conduct their business! They take your money even when they aren't open on time for business. Used to say they open at 5am but at times didn't open until later because their club opener "overslept" or there was a "miscommunication" about who was to open...now guess what ...they say they're open at 4am but no one to open at 4am today. Should have mastered opening at 5am before trying to open at 4am. Owners and "leadership staff" crept in around 7am. Suggestion: try putting an "in case of emergency contact number" on entry doors so some young folks with smartphones can call to let you know "no one here to open." Not trying to drag Riverside Health Club into the 21st century against its will with this positive suggestion. Agree with other reviews, bad club; poor management; dirty pool with construction going on as there are no showers for women to shower before entering the pool. Won't be any showers until reportedly sometime in June 2016. Paying Riverside money for something you can't use. Riverside sure isn't giving refunds! Avoid this place like the plague.
