I am having similar problems to the last post.\r
My attorney has quit or was fired but anyhow she is no longer there.\r
I feel that they are extremely inept, incompetent, untrained, or maybe they just don't care.\r

Good luck getting the people they hire to answer phones or to even call you back (why) I think they are quasi para legals that sound like they just graduated high school.\r
I would honestly look elsewhere.\r
The settlement was not huge it was sub par at best, I think my daughter could have negotiated a better offer.
