Review content:
Was sucked into the no service fee like so many. What I didn't know is how much they would stick me for when they arrived. We had a clog in the pipes that run under the house. The technician shows up and says he will have to use his camera and that will cost us. What happened to the free estimate? He confirmed there was a clog and said the solution was to tunnel under the house and replace the pipe. First five feet $5000.00 dollars. The clog was fourteen feet from the outside wall so you do the math. We called another plumber who came out to our house comfirmed the clog and proceeded to open it with a cutting tool. Cost $700. Surely John Moore would have had the same tool? Don't ya think!
