John Moore is a rip off, they wanted to charge me $1295 for a drain line to my a/c unit. Guys were very rude and communication in the company were unreal. When I called seven times once I received the estimate the technician would not and still has not returned my call. I took off work to meet them and they were very late, then said another tech would have to come by later. He did show up but didn't have a ladder as I had stressed in all my calls, he said another tech would be by in one hour with a ladder but he didn't show up until four hours later as I was on my way to a meeting. Do not waste your time or money with company.
