Totally professional and forthcoming from start to finish. Booked a maintenance visit for my condo AC unit as it hasn't been cleaned in years. It's a fairly new unit, and the tech took care of the job in under an hour. He was upfront about each step and even took the time to explain stuff to me about the unit, including tips for making it run smoothly. I paid what I had been quoted on the phone, no added fees or extra BS. I felt like this was a really honest operation. Will definitely use them again and recommend to others.
