We had a clogged drain in our kitchen sink, and called John Moore Plumbing Services. The person who scheduled our appointment was very friendly and courteous and gave us the first available appointment, the day and time frame that the technician would arrive. The technician who came out to our home was very friendly and courteous also, and we told him that the kitchen sink was clogged, and showed him exactly what was going on. He asked a few more questions and then fully diagnosed the problem. He then gave us a written estimate with three different options on which method we would like to repair the problem and the costs of each: Good Solution; Better Solution; and Best Solution. I chose to go with the Better solution because of the holidays and our budget, and also asked his recommendation for this situation. The technician did a very thorough job, and cleaned out three clogs in the pipe going in 25 feet. He also added the solution and explained how to use it to help keep the pipe free of clogs. He fully and thoroughly tested it afterwards to ensure that there were no more clogs and that the water was draining quickly. I will use John Moore in the future for any service that I need in my home and will recommend John Moore Service to my friends for any problems that they may have in their home. He also told us that John Moore was in the process of coming up with a maintenance program to offer customers, in which they would check drains and so forth periodically to ensure that customers would not have anything to worry about.
