Review content:
Called them to confirm that they ""knew"" tankless water heaters. They confirmed they did and would send someone out to work on ours. Guy showed up, stared at it for about an hour, and gave up admitting he knew nothing of Bosch water heaters because John Moore does not sell them.
However, HotWaterGuys did a great job on it. Try them.
