I had never used John Moore Services before, but dealt with them at my daughter's home when they replaced a hot water heater and was thoroughly impressed. Had a problem with my kitchen sink, so I called them and was treated very professionally over the phone in setting up an appointment. Robert came to my home and took care of my problem in a timely fashion and I also enjoyed visiting with him. I will definitely use John Moore Services for future problems.\r
