I have recently moved to the Killeen area. We relocated from the east coast due a job movement. My insurance assigned my family to Elm creek Urgent Care. I arrived at my first appointment with my two yr old son in his stroller. I approached the sign in window and was not greeted at all. They asked my name in a condensing tone, handed me paperwork to fill out and shut the window in my face. I then waited for an hour past my appt time to be seen. When I was finally taken back to see the Dr. He saw me for about 5 min, did not even look me in the eye when I spoke to him. I was then hurried thru the discussion I was trying to have about what was going on. I was directed to the waiting room again to sign out. I then had to wait for another 45mins from one of the 3 receptionist to tell me I was allowed to sign out! I then had to go back for an EKG that was requested by a specilist. I waited again for an ungodly amount of time, and then waited once I was taken back for another 30 min. Then w
