Hmmm...why do I have the feeling that the review written by Sophia J is in fact one of the front desk girls. Perhaps it's because there is no conceivable way the women in the front have been nice to anyone! I have been coming to this practice for about a year and a half. Normally I would not continue to use a facility where the people are herded like cattle and treated even worse, but unfortunately I like Dr. Mitchell and thus have been putting up with all the sh!t. Here are the issues: The ladies at the front desk are rude and their behavior is DISGUSTING. Be prepared to wait for an ungodly amount of time for your appointment to begin (i.e. if your appt is at 3pm, you will go back at 4:30pm) and don't bother complaining, they will just treat you even crappier. Just because the Dr. ordered a referral, don't expect the office ladies to get up off of their fat a$$es and actually send it through, they won't unless you nag the sh!t out of them.
