Review content:
My problem is with the front end staff not the doctors and nurses. I have found that the front end staff will for the most part act in very unprofessional and uncaring manner. I have even been lied to by the manager. She seems to refuse to be bothered with accepting complaints. I have in fact written them up with the Better Business Bureau. I find the situation so sad. The Doctors and Nurses seem to really care and are very good at what they do. I am not the only one that feels that the pit bulls in the front should be replaced with people that care and understand that they are there representing the doctors that took a oath. "First, do no harm" is lost on them.
