This facility is by far the worst I've ever had the displeasure of encountering. Numerous errors were made in my medical records. In addition, every single referal I received through them - the paperwork - was submitted incorrectly. The Dr himself entered in the wrong referal and it was a nightmare getting it fixed. Tricare wasn't to blame. \r

They treat you like they are hearding injured cattle. If you are actually sick & must walk-in then be prepared to wait up-to 4 hours. Perscription refill needed? You had better be prepared to walk-in and wait again several hours. Need an appointment for a follow-up, referal or Script refill? Make it, wait a month, then wait over an hour in the waiting room - another 20 in the room it's self - and finally see the Dr only to have him write the wrong script or referal! I was stuck with them as my PCM for 2 years and not one time did I ever have a pleasant expierence. Every visit & there were multiple per year, was filled with careless m
