I was sent to this office by Darnall on Mar 2007 because they had no appointments available. I then received a bill in the mail. I called and told them I had tricare and they said they would resubmit the claim. I never heard another word until Jan 7, 2009 when they called and said it would go to a collection agency if it was not paid. I called tricare and found out why they did not pay. I called today Jan 13, 2009 to pay the bill instead of hasseling with tricare and she told me she sent my bill to a collection agency and that I could pay the bill but it was still going to show up on my credit report. Why would I pay when they already messed up my credit and then want to charge me more money because they sent the paperwork to a collection agency when I told her I was calling tricare to get things resolved. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! The staff is rude and ignorant. When I first went in they told me I did not have tricare because they were entering the wrong social security number. The are
