Sleazy Operation. Place sold me a bed after a lengthy discussion about what would be included in the price they quoted me at. After paying I went to pick it up at the warehouse and they would not include the bed rails we had clearly discussed as part of the deal. I assumed it must be an oversight or mistake but the owner refused to include the rails because the salesperson did not write it on the invoice. I immediately asked for my money back. Went back over to the store to get my money back and the salesperson hid in a back room. Place lost a $1,700 sale over a $49 bed rail. I will never step foot in one of their stores again and I encourage you not to.
