Charles and Jessie arrived this morning to work on our angle stops and replace the kitchen faucet and guest bath toilet. They were thorough, inspecting other items not part of their job in order to give us the best possible idea of the condition of the plumbing. Charles has an in-depth knowledge of plumbing practices, both old school and the new technology. They answered any questions and were very courteous. I am pleased with their professionalism and diligence to detail.
