just call to cancel my policy & the girl who answers the phone is soo rude. she's probably mad because i switched to all state. without towing/road side assistance & rental, their price is still expensive. im glad that i made the switch. who would want to come back to someone who is being so rude. i need to persuade my uncle to make the switch. he have been wit them for 12 yrs & still no discount. ZERO STAR, bad customer service
