just call to cancel my policy & the girl who answers the phone is soo rude. she's probably mad because i switched to all state. without towing/road side assistance & rental, their price is still expensive. im glad that i made the switch. who would want to come back to someone who is being so rude. i need to persuade my uncle to make the switch. he have been wit them for 12 yrs & still no discount. ZERO STAR, bad customer service more

What can I say? The salesmen at State Farm go out of their way to find the best possible deal for you. My current premium for Farmers Insurance (50-50-100 premium) is about $2400 a year. With the quote that State Farm gave me, they were able to save me about $400 a year. They taught me how to combine policies and showed me all the hidden tricks to save me money. I wish I had found them first. more
