I was with State Farm for almost three years for auto insurance. They kept refusing to cut down my insurance premium even with good driving history. When I finally did change over to a better agency and cancelled my policy with them, they actually withdrew money from my account for the next month also!!! I mentioned it to them and they refunded the money....minus a substantial amount, saying it was ME who had given them the wrong dates. I tried to talk to them, and they were just really rude. I would never recommend Phil Price to anyone in the Flint/ Grand Blanc area.
