I read the only one review of this company that seems to be right on the money. I was involved in a for sale by owner purchase that CRI represented by Tom Nielson and during the closing he attempted to sneak in a form for my wife and I to sign that would have cost us thousands. We signed on with a friend real estate agent of Tom's and after being run around like idiots we dumped him. We signed a buyers agreement yet it did not involve for sale by owners. If Tom was successful in having us sign the document at closing stating he represented us in this sale we would have owed his buddy thousands of dollars that he could have sued us for. His ethics were far from what any marine would embrace or any other service member that I know or would want to deal with. He turned to the lawyer and attempted to get him to help him pursuade us to sign this document and the lawyer did not speak a word toward Tom's assurances that it was ok. We did not sign the document to say the least and would
