Everyone that I dealt with over at CRI were superb. I felt that everyone was extremely kind and courteous. I would definitely have to say they met and exceeded all my expectations. more

Always There When Needed 8/24/2011

As long as i've been renting a house, i've worked with CRI Properties. They are the best company in Jacksonville to work with. They do everything possible to help me, even fixing problems with the house. Great experience with a great company. - Jane more

  • The History of CRI Properties CRI Properties opened its doors in December 1998, in a second-floor office bullpen space above Greer Garricks Office supply store on New Bridge Street. Our initial roster included three agents and one office staff person. Soon after we opened, Petey the parakeet perched on the sill of an open window and was welcomed as our first pet.
