Review content:
I had been a customer of Brandon Tire & Auto for about 4 years. I noticed in the past year that they started to recommend things I knew I didn't need. My family owns a mechanic shop in another part of Florida, so when I was told by BT&A I needed to replace my radiator hoses at 90K miles, I had it checked at my families shop. Of course, the hoses were fine. BT&A also told me I needed my brakes done ASAP, but when I took them to my families shop to get done, I was told I still had about 25% left on them. Also, add to it that I bought 75K mile tires from BT&A and they lasted 40K. They told me I should have had an alignment prior to having them put on, well they were the ones that sold them to me - that should have been mentioned. Nope, got 1/2 the life out of them instead. Yes the oil changes are cheap there, and they are very friendly, but I think they went to the seminar on 'how to pad a ticket' recently. After 3 times of being screwed, I have since found a new repair place.
