We have been with Mark for over 20 years. The rates are not set by him so I will not comment on that area. His office staff is very helpful and courteous.Every few years I shop his quotes and find State farm to be quite fair.. Last year while on Long Island I had a cracked windshield. Wife called mark's office while i was driving and they had a fellow Monday morning in Mass. at the timeshare we were staying at with a new window for the car. Its good to have a national company
