We have been with Mark for over 20 years. The rates are not set by him so I will not comment on that area. His office staff is very helpful and courteous.Every few years I shop his quotes and find State farm to be quite fair.. Last year while on Long Island I had a cracked windshield. Wife called mark's office while i was driving and they had a fellow Monday morning in Mass. at the timeshare we were staying at with a new window for the car. Its good to have a national company more

My husband and I have use Mark Higgins State Farm Insurance Agency for our car insurance for a few years now. His office is located off of Seminole Blvd. in Seminole. So far we have been very happy with our decision. The office staff is extremely helpful and friendly. I'm sure my husband would tell you that he just wishes his rates were as low as mine. We have the same policy and the same driving record, but he pays quite a bit more for his than for mine. more
