Businiess name:  La Casa Pizzaria

Review content:
I read a review concerning this restaurant and just had to offer MY opinion. SOME people think pizza is this thick, doughy mass, smothered in a multitude of toppings. WRONG! THAT is merely an opinion uttered by a culinarily challenged person, who has undoubtedly been raised on the veritable plethora of mass-produced pizza chain-style food! Globs of acidic sauce, layered on thick gummy dough then topped with everything concievable, finally smothered cheese! Yummy! NOT! La Casa pizza is INTENTIONALLY made thin, authentic and true to the country of origin. Best with just a few toppings! Their use of Romono cheese as opposed to Mozzarella, (even though you can have either or both) is the absolute best! Toppings available are many and always fresh. You can pile toppings on your pizza as well, but the restaurant does suggest a limitation. This is only due to the fact that the crust is a light thin crust, not designed to carry the entire produce section! I suggest that you limit yourself to 2
