BEST PIZZA IN OMAHA 9/17/2008

La Casa has the best pizza in town! It is made how pizza should be. The crust is made with fresh sauce and toppings! You can tell they make it fresh right there everyday. I drive from West Omaha to downtown Omaha, just for the pizza! It is amazing. more

Great Pizza On Levenworth! 8/20/2008

I have enjoyed this place for many years! I have been going to La Casa since I was 5 years old and I am now married, a Mom and thirty seven years old (passing the tradition down to my own family). The food is wonderful and it is nice casual dinning. La Casa is a place I hope never closes! more

Best pizza in Omaha by far! 5/4/2008

It is all in the crust and BOTH cheese! For pick up, order 1/2 baked and take home and finish in your oven. Heaven..... Pros: Pizz crust Cons: Long wait sometimes, but worth it more

La Casa 8/19/2006

Great pizza!! If you don't like it you probably think Totinos is good stuff, and get your burgers off a dollar menu somewhere. The location on 82nd and Grover I actually like better. Other good pizza in Omaha is Zios and Don Carmellos in midtown. more

Omaha Tradition 12/22/2005

Popular dining spot for years. Pizza is the star on this menu, a taste of heaven. My favorite is the hambuger, onion with Romano cheese. Be ready for a long wait to be seated if you come on the weekend. more

NOT the worst pizza! 11/16/2005

I read a review concerning this restaurant and just had to offer MY opinion. SOME people think pizza is this thick, doughy mass, smothered in a multitude of toppings. WRONG! THAT is merely an opinion uttered by a culinarily challenged person, who has undoubtedly been raised on the veritable plethora of mass-produced pizza chain-style food! Globs of acidic sauce, layered on thick gummy dough then topped with everything concievable, finally smothered cheese! Yummy! NOT! La Casa pizza is INTENTIONALLY made thin, authentic and true to the country of origin. Best with just a few toppings! Their use of Romono cheese as opposed to Mozzarella, (even though you can have either or both) is the absolute best! Toppings available are many and always fresh. You can pile toppings on your pizza as well, but the restaurant does suggest a limitation. This is only due to the fact that the crust is a light thin crust, not designed to carry the entire produce section! I suggest that you limit yourself to 2 more

An Omaha classic 12/12/2002

This is a resturaunt close to my heart. I know it will never get 5 stars fom some New York reviewer, but the good food and great service and welcoming staff always make me feel at home there. I can't wait to go back and have another pizza. Very good sauce and made by people who care about what they are doing. more

Delicioso 9/13/2002

La Casa has the BEST pizza in town!!! The salads are fantastic too!! Try the beef pizza with both cheeses!! Yummm more

La Casa at Lunch! 9/3/2002

Lunch as La Casa is delicious -- as I'm sure dinner is, as well. The chicken lasagna with garlic and red sauce is wonderful served in it's own small casserole. The salad is excellent with the house dressing and the rolls are very good even though you only get one each. There are many specials which allow you to try a slice or two of pizza or some of their excellent Italian cheese bread. Pros: good food, good service Cons: more bread, please more
